一直感觉到Polo车内有异味，照理说是老车，另外用了这么多年，不应该啊，一直各种检查，后来发现味道主要来自2个地方，备胎和后备箱底板。备胎是因为橡胶件，已经取出来了，底板也是在检查的时候，发现坏了，并且有味道，所以抽空需要解决。周末开到当地的建材市场。这边是专卖板材和木材的。有很多板可以选择。这次主要整改的，就是这块原车的底板。一个是味道大，一个是已经断裂了。这块底板，已经和原车断开缝隙了，放点东西就会陷下去。底板通过表面灰色的棉布连接，所以要用划刀割断。取下来了，下面的这层黄的底板，用的是木屑和胶水粘合而成，牢度不够，而且有异味。备胎已经被我取出，因为也有异味。和老板说明了我的要求和设想，老板拿来了一块板，说是竹纤维板，无味，强度够，而且重量轻，很符合我的要求。放入，大小还真的合适，好像帮我定制一样。但是边角，原车不是长方形的，需要进行裁剪，才能放平。另外这边，因为尾部有点圆形，也不是很贴合。没事，我不要求非常精确，就用记号笔画个大概的角，然后进行切割。老板拿出锯子帮我切割。一点一点裁剪。慢慢的，尾部贴合度就越来越高。另外一端同样进行裁剪。最后就切成圆角啦。放入，可以放平，并且非常贴合。四个角可以嵌入，放平，检查很满意。最后再把后备箱垫复原。外观是看不出什么的，但是内部有了质的变化，此次整改是很满意的。虽然不是大动作，但是自己折腾，也是很不错的一次整改。 查看详情>>
