手套箱的阻尼原来直接往外拔就行，还以为要捏一下夹子的豁口，结果太硬没捏动，无心中就拨开了，滤芯有方向的，外框的塑料夹子上的字是反的，塑料框有放错插设计，所以只要看滤芯箭头的方向不错就可以了。空气滤芯就直接换就行，须面朝下，4S店上次没装紧进气，自己装装的牢一些。进气管还是会有灰尘的，可能机油变黑最多的原因是进气的灰尘，下次换机油心里就有数了。

现在的空气污染严重，所以零跑C11给我们贴心的搞了PM2.5过滤系统保护我们的健康！但是空调系统的滤网使用到一定时间后还是会被灰尘覆盖，特别是C11的保养间隔时间基本都是1万公里，你要是等到1万公里去售后去换空滤的话有可能滤网已经很脏了！ 其实我们还可以在500公里的时候或者你认为去了灰尘大的地方后自己动手把空滤拿出来吹一下灰尘或者换一个新的（在某宝上买的话基本二十几块更高级点的也就四十左右），更换的过程也很简单，多数车型的空滤都在副驾前端的手套盒里当然了零跑的也不例外！ 首先是打开手套盒，然后可以看到外右侧面有个挂钩是用来保持手套盒的打开时的阻尼速度，那个挂钩向外用力就可以脱开！ 然后就是在手套盒的内侧两边各有一个卡扣这是用来固定手套盒的打开角度的，（这两个卡扣都是顺时针方向是打开反方向拧紧）用手捏住卡扣顺时针旋转会听到一个响声就是松开了，向后拔出就可以了！ 打开后可以看到里面的空滤了，空滤盖板的左侧也有个卡扣，用手指按压后就可拿出卡扣！ 盖板拿出后就看到里面的滤网真面目了，滤网用手向外拉出就可，有条件的就用吹风机吹吹或者直接换一个新的。完事后把所有步骤再反过来操作一遍就可以了，这样再开空调或者暖气就会清新多了！
