[_LinkTopic:养车成本,51036,37]#秋季用车技巧#[_LinkTopic:秋季用车,42909,37] 【车辆信息】 车型:星空版2023款330TSI精英版 购车日期:2023年4月28日 当前公里数:9589公里 保养内容：更换机油、机滤、全车检查 虽然车是新车，也还没到保养公里数，但是考虑到国庆节假期需要自驾游，还是早早的把车送去4S店里保养才能让自己放心。 之前早早的就买了四次基础保养的套餐，想想新车，还是对它好点吧，于是保养时升级到高性能全合成机油，添了306元，还算能接受吧，不过大众的保养的确比其他品牌要贵一点点。 首先，负责售后服务的工作人员先对整车进行了简单的检查，包括外观、内饰、汽车行驶的公里数等等，然后又将主驾的座椅、方向盘和脚垫用保护罩进行了保护，防止保养过程中污染，整个过程非常的迅速、熟练，待全部完成后，跟我做了简单的登记手续，就有工程师傅将车开进维修间进行保养。 工程师傅打开发动机舱，先将内部检查一遍，没有问题之后就将四周进行防护，避免污染，先对原有机油进行清除，再更换机滤，最后更换新机油，整个流程娴熟沉稳，保养过程大约40分钟，还算比较快了，然后拿出电脑，对我车又进行了一遍电子检查，我在旁边问了工程师傅一些关于车的问题，师傅也是非常耐心的做着解答，我告诉他我之后要开长途，距离有点远，师傅检查的也非常的仔细，看到这些，我心里顿时放心很多，这次自驾游之旅也有了足够的安全保障。 最让我吃惊的是保养完之后师傅还帮我去洗车的地方把车给洗了，那洗出来的干净程度竟然比我在洗车房洗的都干净，让我非常的吃惊，全部弄完，售后工作人员带我把车检查了一遍，给我看了更换下来的配件及未用完的机油，之后办理了后续支付的手续，还特意给我拉了一个售后的群，方便以后有什么问题之后的解答。这次整个保养的过程非常的顺利，给我最深的印象就是专业，不仅仅是保养的工程师，售后工作人员也非常专业，总体非常的满意。
